Escape to the Château TV couple Dick and Angel Strawberry are closing their company.
Public records at Companies House show they have applied to have the business struck off.
The couple were recently dropped by Channel 4 following an investigation into their conduct.
A spokesperson for the channel said:
“Following a review, we have taken the decision not to work with Dick and Angel on any new productions in the future.”
Three of Dick and Angel’s former colleagues claimed the married couple clashed with producers.
Another said they were “a nightmare to work with”.
Another source claimed: “Producers turn them into this perfect, brilliant, funny couple.
“They’re that on camera, but that’s about it.”
Dick and Angel own Chateau-de-la-Motte Husson in France.
The company was set up in 2017, but the application to close it was made on May 9 this year by the directors – Dick, 63 and Angel, 45.
They received a notice in response on May 23, which informed them that it would be dissolved within two months unless “cause is shown to the contrary.”
The run-down 45-room chateau in France’s Pays de la Loire region was bought for just £280,000 in 2015.
Dick and Angel transformed it into an upmarket wedding venue that has now been valued at £2 million.
